Umbalacheri Cattle are light built and are traditionally used for farm work in Delta Region of Tamilnadu. They are known for continuous work for six to seven hours even under hot sun. Population of this endemic species are declining very fast. This special cover is released during Delta Digipex 2022 to highlight the need to conserve this breed.

INS Rajali was commissioned on 11 March 1992 and has been the abode for Long Range Maritime Reconnaissance Aircraft TU-142M (Indian Naval Air Squadron 312) and Chetak Helicopters Training School (Indian Naval Air Squadron 561). With induction of advanced Boeing P81s and HALE RPAs, Rajali continues to be the mainstay for carrying out Long Range Maritime Reconnaissance and surveillance towards safeguarding India’s maritime interests. This special cover is released to commemorate Rajali’s 30th Anniversary.
