Ashok Roy Training Simulator Complex (ARTSC) is a state of the art simulator for training requirements of aircrew and ground crew for P8I aircraft. It is fourth of its kind in the world along with US, UK and Australia. It is named after Lt. Cdr. Ashok Roy, VrC, NM an alice pilot of Indian Navy who played a vital role during India Pak War in 1971. This special cover is released to commemorate the inauguration of ARTSC at INS Rajali, Arakkonam.
